Course setup is not complete until the course has been cleaned off and the cones are chalked.

Arrive promptly at 7:00 AM! The sooner we start, the more time the chairs will have to deal with the inevitable problems.

Kindly let me know who you are when you sign up, since I'm not familiar with everyone's username!

I'll do setup and fill in the tech spots if needed. I'll also be shadowing safety steward during one run group.

Thanks, guys. Updated!

We need more people for this event! It's coming up in 9 days, and we don't have nearly enough people to help set up. Now's the time to come out of the woodwork, if you're in there!

Anyone else up for setup? I don't think Carole and Alex will appreciate setting up the course on their own.

Looks like run-group compression will occur into the morning, 3 groups max, based on pre-reg numbers. So I'll have to be there early rather than late due to no afternoon groups. So put me in for Setup too!

I'll probably work a trailer job, prefer announcer but car scanner OK too if I can get pre-signed for that - sometimes signups happen while we're still setting up and we miss getting on the work sheets for preference.

If you sign up for setup and do the job from start to finish, you do not need to work a regular group.

I understand that. It's just that with the relatively low turnout so far I think there will be need for more workers, so am planning to do another shift, and I want to make sure it is a sit-down job.
