Went on a 4 day distance hike/camping trip this weekend in Mendocino county and had to drive through some gravel / unpaved rocky roads to get to the trail head and popped my rear left's side wall haha. I guess I'm ready for Rally cross.

We are looking at July 8th-9th since the site should be in good shape still. To add a new twist to rallycross, we will also plan stages for Saturday. Imagine a site like Crows Landing where you set up 3 separate course and do 2-3 runs per course, that is the plan.

That's why we require competitors to go through tech with their own tire pressure gauge.

Yeah, thanks Benny, when I do sanction requests, we include Friday for insurance purpose, so I regularly mix up dates. So it should have said 9th-10th. I just back from Boise for the Idaho Rally and even up there with overnight temps down to below 30 highs were the uncomfortable 80-90 temps. Which is why we stopped doing events at Prairie City during this time of year(July-Sept). So, likely we will not host this event, as most people don't like to play in 90-100 degree heat. The surface should be awesome, but not worth a turnout of 15 or fewer people. We have done events like this with low turnouts and they are still a blast.

So, be ready for our early November event, day and night runs RallyCross on Saturday with a regular day event on Sunday.

I might make it down in my camaro for a november event. With all the progress ive made it looks likely.

Do you have another Camaro, besides your CP car? As Benny has eluded too, since rallycross is more than just autox in the dirt, suspension becomes a big consideration for cars. Comparing Candlestick with its elevation changes compared to Marina or Atwater.

I had mentioned about doing a second event, about now, out at PC. Good decision we didn't, while I don't mind 100°+ heat, it just isn't fun in general.
