I need to tell my wife when to arrive to the site.

This should be a really fun event. I spoke with Jesus this morning and the bbq is definitely on for Saturday evening, at the site. Bring your own food and beverages and, also, paper plates or whatever else you need wouldn't be a bad idea.

^not sure what time...I'm not in charge...which is a good thing Very Happy

I imagine sometime around 5:30 or so would be a good time to arrive.

In slow, out fast.
In fast, out backwards.

For the BBQ, 5:30 would probably be a good starting time, it will depend on when we finish running of course.

If you have a small propane BBQ, bring it, I only have a small one and I think there will be two larger BBQ's there.

We should keep the beverage's low key, anyone getting sloshed and out of hand will be asked to keep it down or go home. Later after dinner we can converge at the pool(no glass please) at the Super 8 and continue.

If I can only make it to one of the 2 days, which day would be better?
