Define, what, EXACTLY, was done.
In other words, likely it is an SM, ESP or STU legal car...but I've learned not to assume . Lots of seemingly innocent things that you can do that bump it beyond those classes (i.e. to CP or more).

9" rear end = minimum of SM. And that is only if it uses the stock suspension pick-up points. If not, then it is a CP car.
Similarly, DEFINE "Spohn suspension upgrades". Just bolt in suspension parts (fine for SM), OR a front K-member swap? If the latter, then on to CP (not SM eligible).
Like I said, DEFINE EXACTLY what was done. You're close but not there yet

But keep in mind in an indexed class like T2, it is WELL worth your while to figure out what the car is legal for. As in, if it is SM-legal (which it might be) it gets a softer index running T2-SM than running T2-OSP.
