New guy to the forums, newish to California, dying to get on track and meet some west coast enthusiasts!

Thought I'd post to see if anybody was interested in meeting up at Sonoma. I'm planning on running there the 14th of March in HDPE 2 in my '97 Cobra.

Let me know!

Welcome to the forums. I'm new to the area and the forums as well. I'm currently searching for a new DE car, but I may show up at the NASA event to spectate on Saturday or Sunday.

Where are you located? Are you in SF proper, or are you in the burbs like me? I'm in Northern Marin County (Novato). I'm only about 20 minutes from Infineon.

I go to track/time trial events often, not with NASA, but hell, I'll sign up with them, as well, I love running Sonoma, great rhythm, not the best track to learn on though. Thunderhill is really the best for learning, also decent rhythm. Laguna Seca is really not that great a track for rhythm or learning.

Spokelse, have you seen that the new SCCA Track Night in America program will be running monthly at Thunderhill, starting next week? Sounds like something you might want to check out! www.TrackNightinAmerica.com
